Leadership
Antioch Progressive Church is a Bible-based, Christ-centered, Spirit-led congregation whose leadership structure is rooted in biblical principles of shepherding, equipping, and servant leadership.
Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor is the recognized spiritual leader of the congregation. The Senior Pastor provides oversight for all ministries, teaching of the Word, administration of ordinances, and direction of worship.
Executive Pastor
The Executive Pastor oversees the operation and administration of the church in collaboration with the Elders and the Senior Pastor. The Executive Pastor assists the Elders in overall ministry leadership in the absence or incapacity of the Senior Pastor.
Elders
The Elders provide spiritual oversight, accountability, and policy direction. They work with the Senior Pastor to set strategy, guard doctrine, and ensure the church remains faithful to its mission.
Deacons
Deacons serve under the Senior Pastor and Elders to meet the spiritual, physical, and material needs of members. They function as servant leaders who preserve unity and support the pastoral team.
Lay Ministry Leaders
Lay ministry leaders oversee specific ministry areas. They are members in good standing, financially support the Church, and participate in Christian Education.
Ministry Cells
Antioch organizes its ministries into major Cells. Current Cells are Administrative, Worship, Christian Education, Fellowship, Pastoral Care, Outreach/Evangelism, and Membership. Each Cell is led by a Cell Leader appointed by the Senior Pastor.
